I had the light rum at the show last year at the Bank Atlantic Center in Fort Lauderdale. I thought it was terrible, one of the worst rums I've ever had.

I liked the first bottle of Dark Margaritaville Rum...but after buying it a couple more times, it started reminding me of BOURBON. Lost the taste for it...

Of all the various and sundry "Margaritaville" products-- rum, tequila, shrimp, etc, etc-- the only one that I have found to be superior to other brands of similar items is the Margaritaville teas. They are really good. Of course, I can't find them here in central Pennsyltucky.
Love in the library, quiet and cool.

I don't mind it. I buy it because it's a buck less a fifth than Capt at our local grocery store. I am not a straight up rum drinker, so if it is a sipping liquor I wouldn't have a clue. I'm sure it is like most of the Mville stuff--cute novelty, but not something I have to have because it's Buffett.
well, ummmmmmm, yah, I guess I better come up with something witty to put in this spot since everyone is reading it.......

I can't wait to be able to buy a bottle out here in CO. Not only the try the different flavors, but I like the look of the bottle/label.
