Back from Tahoe and recouping! Johnny and the boys were spot-on last night and both Capt Ron and I truly appreciated allowing us the honor to play a few with you guys, sorry I was sooooo dead tired!! Tiki, great seeing you and the gals! Hope you and others can make it up to the Fishstix Freddy Reunion Memorial Day Weekend!
Now its really time to get excited about June!!!!! Let the weather gods start bringin in the summer weather!

All those attending the Hemingways Bash and staying in the area - Shuttle service to the bash has been confirmed. They will pick-up at most all locations/lodging within Lake Geneva area. Can handle 15 pholks per trip. Shuttle will begin running at 3pm on Fri June 24th and continue through Saturday morning. Last return trip will be 3am.
YOU MUST CALL PRIOR TO JUNE 15th TO CONFIRM! COST IS $5.00/person RT. For additional info, please contact Jessica (Hemingways)!

Hey if anyone wants to get an early start to Alpine and you are in the Lake Geneva area this weekend
(May 27-29), Saturday Hemingways is doing a Fishstix Freddy Reunion starting at 8pm - 4 bands all together on 1 stage, playing non-stop trop rock / country rock beginning 8pm - NO COVER
Pirates Over 40, South Of Disorder, David Marshall & Johnny Russler and the Beach Bums
Consider it a rehearsal for the big show in 4 weeks.
Hope some of you can make it for a practice run!

Sounds like a great lineup! Wish I could have made it down this weekend. So what's happening at Hemmingway's next weekend? I'll be down in Lake Geneva visiting family Friday and Saturday (I'll definately need an escape at some point!).

Buses now full. We have made arrangements with two other groups who still have room on their buses. If you are still in need, contact Jessica and she will get ya to the contacts.
Shuttle on Friday is set, if you plan on utilizing this service, please contact Jessica to set up p/u time and # of pholks. Earlier the better. Shuttle will begin running at 3pm on Friday.

Well as is the norm every year, we have passed the torch to another - Jessica will be now focusing on getting her staff and supplies ready for the family picnic weekend with a week left to the Alpine kick-off.
For those who have either emailed or spoken to Jess during the last few months, she will be taking care of all of us next weekend starting out in the Tiki Bar and then moving inside. If you see her, let her know that you appreciated her time and comittment to this exhausting trip, we sure did.
From here on in, contact for the weekend for the bus, shuttle, times, last minute lodging, questions, directions, coordination, etc returns to our event coordinator - Laura. You can't miss her, she will be the one with 3 walkie talkies hanging from her hula skirt and running around all weekend looking like a chicken with its head cut off (ok thats pretty graphic).

As of this writing, there are 9 seats left on the 3rd bus. FCFS

OK all - finalizing the presale and comittment list. I have 67 registered from BN. If anybody else needs to get on the list, please contact me no later than Wednesday June 22nd. We will be opening up remaining availability on Friday at that time and it will be FCFS. We have 392 presales so we still have 158 available before we need to close it out.
Shuttle transport has been confirmed for Friday. It will start at 4pm and run thru 3am. If you are not on the p/u list and are planning on using it, please contact me prior to Thursday June 23rd.
There are 7 bus tickets left for Alpine, again please contact me if you are interested.
We have 3 BNers who have extra tickets (pavilion), I will have contact info on Friday or you can contact me prior and I will connect you up. There are 4 sets of 2.
Wow, can't believe it's less than a week away. Looking forward to seeing all those from the last few years on Friday & Saturday!

Sunday post show Bloodys and Breakfast starts at 10a
We know that every year you have a choice of two great preshow parties, we hope one day to be able to combine these, not this year though 
We'd love to see you all here but know loyalties and hope we can catch those that can't make Friday night on Saturday.

Well I just woke up from 14 hours of sleep, what a great weekend!
Big thanks to all that attended our annual event, you guys sure rocked!!! I missed the concert but will see many of you in Chicago!
The stats:
Attendance Friday night - 548 (2010 - 574)
States represented - 32
Food consumed - 275 lbs pork, 275 lbs chicken, 327 burgers (the weekend), 213 hotdogs (the weekend), 143 brats (the weekend)
Landshark consumed - 1758 bottles and cans
Other beer consumed - 3116 bottles and cans
Margaritas consumed - 16.33 gallons
Liquor consumed - who the hell knows but it was alot
Money raised for charity - 2900
Ilo - PRICELESS!!!!
We only had a couple minor bumps the whole weekend (ran out of pig roast too soon, buses had 3 seats left)
I hope you all had a great time and on behalf of Ilo, South of Disorder, Pirates Over 40, Frank Whiting, Johnny and the Bums, Mr. Myers and especially all the staff and management at Hemingways, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a frickin wonderful time and crowd!!!!
