Re: The consolidated writings of popcornjack
For all of you who have read the novel, I have a question:
Who do you consider to be the main character?
I ask because I'm trying to write the query letter (basically the one page letter that convinces agents to read-and ultimately help you sell-your novel) and as I'm getting feedback on it from a writer's community I'm part of, I'm starting to wonder which character is the more dynamic and therefore more likely to attract the interest of an agent. Thanks.

Re: The consolidated writings of popcornjack
Admittedly it's been a while since I read the book ... but ... my impression (feeling, supposition?) was that Kyle was the main character.popcornjack wrote:For all of you who have read the novel, I have a question:

But I'm kinda simple-minded so maybe it was all a little too deep for me.

We were just heading out to walk around the lot at GW when I saw Jack making this. Should have stayed and tried it...oh well.
