If the person in front of you is texting, the bright phone screen is really distracting.

there is always the accidentally-spilled drink, strategically taking out both the phone, and the pita in the seat creating the issue...

You pay your $12.00-$15.00 to get in, and for the next two-plus hours you hear all the "Giggling Gidgets" yacking away on their cell phones, their Rhodes scholar boyfriends yelling the "F" word at each other...
I don't know about all that. When I was younger, my friends and I never dropped f-bombs in the movie theater. We used to yell "boobies" instead.
