Speaking of the 4 letter W word..... ARRRRGGGGHHHHHH........ First of all, I was supposed to be off tomorrow afternoon. Oh, nooooo, not happening. I have an emergency meeting..... And unless I can pull off a miracle tomorrow afternoon, I will have to work on Monday. Anyone got a miracle in their hip pocket? :o :o

Breathe. In. Out. Think miracle.......
*ACHOO*!!!!! Just sayin!
Unfortunately, nope. Where I work that'll get you fired. If you're out sick, you'd better be home sick or at the doctor.
Doesn't Jimmy have a doctorate in something?
Probably.
My vet can write a doctor's note, does that count?!

I am having one heck of a time finding a restaurant with good reviews around the Foxboro/Mansfield area for dinner tomorrow night.

Any suggestions?
Passed out and I rallied and I sprung a few leaks.

Don't feel bad...I'm working tomorrow as well...AND Monday. Just didn't plan this right, I guess. We had other vaca plans that have since been scratched, and I only get so much vaca time. I've got to plan the whole enchilada next year...Friday through Monday or Tuesday.

People at work think its crazy that we're going to start tailgating around 11 AM on Saturday through 8 PM. They think we're nuts.... rookies.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

I wonder if they will refund the people who bought tickets in those seats for the full price the difference.

The map says there are 334 seats left and almost every seats in the last 5 rows of section 14 is available. If that stays like that it will be odd to see that many empty seats.

Can you imagine how bad sales would have been of there was a Thursday show too?
Wait, this IS Ticketmaster you're talking about.
we all blame TM.......they have nothing to do with ticket prices......only thing they charge is the convenience fee , where they make there money for handling and processing.......the venues set the price and up to the venue to refund on something like that
Ah. Then it would be my bad in that case. I do have a rant about it but it would be a statement of the obvious. When dp reads the last statement he will start going through withdrawals. lol
are you feeling ok????
I think its the heat.

I like Bertucci's in Mansfield (Mansfield Crossing, 280 School St. About a mile from the hotels)

Toby Keith's at Patriot Place is supposed to be good but I've never eaten there (Patriot Place, Gillette Stadium)

I'm hungry now after reading Dave's posts.
And I'm thirsty. No wonder, no A/C here in our room ;-)

But it's nice to see things develop here!

So I'd say:
Flashlight 1: check
Flashlight 2: check
Flashlight with rubber band to put on one's forehead: check

That Beach Bonfire thingie sounds beautyful!

See y'all tomorrow afternoon at RR!
Paris, France, September 2010. Paris 2011. Paris 2012. 2013. 2015.
Mansfield MA, Great Woods June 18 2011. And June 2012. And 2013!
Jimmy in Key West, MOTM 2011. Unforgettable! And let's not talk about MOTM 2015

If you like seafood there is a good place but the name escapes me now. I know somebody has it....Buehler? Buehler? Anyone?

There is also a good Thai place (Bancock Cafe) in the plaza that is right by the intersection of 140 and Forbes Rd.

That's mighty nice of ya.....but what do you mean if she's still awake??? Feed her some caffine in the afternoon. She can't miss a moment, this is the Great Woods Buffett Beachcomber Weekend.

Wow, Tig! What a score.

Clyde's BBQ. Route 1. Thank me later. It don't look like much . . . but the food is good and the beer is cheap. About 1.5 miles North of Foxboro up Route 1. Can't miss it.

Not a Hotel but a Hostel.
It's called the 40Berkeley Hostel. Cheap, clean and fun, exactly what we needed for three nights.
Big plus: 10 minutes walk to Copley Square or Boston Common, so pretty central for what we pay, about 90$ a night. Cheap for Boston!

Oh, and we always make sure we got enough flashlights when we go out camping!
(Reminds me, flashlights need batteries...)
