I mention him to you all only because I've heard him played occasionally on RM. However, I love him and in three hours and 22 minutes I'll be sitting in my 6th row seat to see him for the 3rd time in 14 months. He is amazing.

For a first album I would say White Ladder. He also put out a greatest hits CD in 07 that is great for a first listen.

I have to say that the show last night was even more brilliant than I expected. I noticed more so last night how many references there are the beach, the sea, sailing...he always does this crazy long improv during a song called Nemesis and last night's brought me to tears. I can't wait for the show to be posted somewhere. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant...
