Last night's USC-Oregon matchup was one of the best college football games I've seen in a long time.......
Glad I didn't care who won........
Don't think I'll ever get used to all of the funky uniform combinations that the Ducks come up with!

Yeah that's the Noles I know and hate..So many chances to win and still blow it. And Dustin "Money" Hopkins err...not so much.
But I was entertained. That last few minutes were exciting.
Watching Oklahoma lose made me feel a little better.....that and the beer

I missed the game on Saturday due to booth babe duties at a conference.
Why can't we play like that every game? I think our biggest lost was just by 7 points.
Gearing up for the "last" A&M vs. t.u. game on Thanksgiving. There is a lot of hype over the game. Forecast is about 55 at kickoff. Perfect game weather (much better than 110 at the beginning of the season).
One of the legislative members has already said he will file a bill in January 2013 (next legislative session) that will make it state law for A&M and t.u. to play every Thanksgiving. I honestly think it will pass!

Going into the last couple of weeks of the season it's hard to decide what we want.
First thing we have to be Iowa State for anything to matter.
Then if OU beats OSU we get a share of the Big 12 Championship, but if OSU beats OU we get second place in the Big 12 and then most likely a BCS bid.
This maybe one of the most exciting seasons for college football I've ever seen.

What I heard today....Alabama beats Auburn and they're in the NC game.
Arkansas can beat LSU and still may not jump them in the BCS.
LSU/Alabama could meet in the BCS championship game without either winning their conference.
That would rock!!!! that's just one of many scenarios.

Yeah, I've been trying to follow all of them, but it's impossible.

The Cash Cow that is the Conference Championship Games are really screwing with the BCS games this year. Teams that DON'T make their 'Ship games have better shots of making BCS games than teams that DO make the 'Ship games, but lose them. This stands to happen in the SEC & the B1G10. Makes no sense. While this could actually HELP my Michigan Wolverines, it's not right. You MUST reward teams that make Championship games in some manner.

Yep, Alabama just might be the best team in the country but you should not have a chance at the National Championship if you didnt win your conference division and just sat at home during the Conf Ship Game and watched.....then advanced because you did nothing.
The BCS is a bunch of garbage. Go to a Playoff or back to the old bowl system. At least the old bowl system didnt try to hide the fact it was all about the money. The BCS is a money cartel that tries to pretend that they do everything "purely" for the chance to come up with a "definitive national champ"
DR C. the best thing for the "STATE of michigan" would be for Pedo State to beat wisky, Um beat o$u then MSU knock off the Pedo Lions in the 'ship, sending us to the Rose and um to the sugar.

Hoping to finally play MSU at a neutral ground for the Big Ten Championship:-)
Cheers

It was ugly but it's always good to see the Seminoles whip the Gators.
The Hokies waxed Virginia and have a chance to avenge their only loss next week vs Clemson.

I guess my prayer for VT and Clemson not to Clemson themselves didn't completely work out.

Well we'll see what next week brings.......but my thoughts are Clemson is going to have to recapture the spirit of week 8 if they plan to go to the Orange Bowl......but either way.......I can't lose......
