Today has actually been tolerable. I think we sent the worst of it east for a while.

At 5PM it's 100 degrees, down from 103 earlier. The heat index will not drop very much overnight. I truly pray for those without A/C around here tonight.

Living in Florida I'm used to it. I work outside most of the time as well and always have.
I love it and it's no big deal to me. I don't mind a good sweat anyway. Don't get me wrong though. I like being comfortable in my home though.
My ac in my Jeep went out a few years back and I don't care to fix but I usually ride around topless/doorless anyway.
Most of my neighbors are from up north and I rarely see them outside.
But of course I'd do the same if I were ever up north in "real" cold weather.
I love it and it's no big deal to me. I don't mind a good sweat anyway. Don't get me wrong though. I like being comfortable in my home though.

101°F now at 6:25 pm. Heat index not to bad though only 105°F.

I was waiting to hit 100, but we only got to 99. I was disappointed! Currently we are down to 88.

I've been walking about 3 miles every day since school got out and I'm getting really used to the heat. Although I have noticed as the heat goes up, I walk earlier in the morning. My daughter is a lifeguard and although wiped out at the end of the end of the day, she is also used to being outside. My husband, on the other hand, works in the Pentagon where the average temperature is 68 degrees. He's melting.....poor guy! 
Maybe a degree or 2 higher today (yesterday it was 105) in our nation's capital (which was built on a swamp BTW).......

It's supposed to be 86ish now in July here where I live.

Same here Barry...can't move too fast in the house or there is sweat.
Poor AC running 24/7.
8pm and its 96 with a 101 heat index. UGH!!
