Pocket Knife

My friend said he'll see me his Smith and Wesson M&P pocket knife for $35. Is that a good deal? Heck, is it even a good knife? I know nothing about knives. Seems like whenever I am in the yard I need to cut something and never have anything on me.

not sure what model you have, but some of these are cheaper, some aren't.
