Who took this picture?

Several people have commented on the picture of Jimmy that I have in my sig line. I found the picture earlier this year but don't remember where. I'd love to give credit to the person who actually did take the picture. It is from the Big Top tour.
Did you take the picture? Do you know who did?

Okay, I found at least one source. The picture was from and article about the Tampa Bay concert. I don't think that the picture was taken at that concert since the article was written before the concert not after. I've posted the full picture below. You can then see why Jimmy had the expression on his face he did as he was about to be hit by a beach ball. No wonder he hates the dang things.

That pic is from Summerzcool, the guitar strap, is gives it and the shorts are not Hurley boar shorts... He wore yellow short sleeves in tampa 2010, the only pics i have in the last several years of 2 shirts is Cincy 2010, but he had red under the collared shirt. So my hunch it is early 2010 summerzcool or late 2010 summerzcool.

He's not the only one. Miranda Lambert can't stand them, either.
