Since Tropcon is a play on word for Defcon and Defcon stands for Defense Condition it stands to reason that Tropcon stands for Tropical Condition. Therefor I humbly submit the following.
Tropcon 4 = Laid Back (no worries mon)
Tropcon 3 = Slightly annoyed (wtf?)
Tropcon 2 = Highly annoyed (keep the shots coming dude)
Tropcon 1 = Hungover ('nuff said)

I always liked HMFWIC ..... it just needed a PAIR8 in front of it.
There's a *slang* version of that acronym as well as the official military version.
My dad was a GS15 working for NETSCLANT ** for many years,
I heard a lot of military acronym jargon mumbo jumbo.
He essentially was reporting to Navy Admirals and top brass
at the Pentagon.
