Superheavy

Anybody listening to this? It's Mick Jagger, Dave Stewart from The Eurythmics, Joss Stone, Damian Marley and another guy whose name escapes me at the moment. I was listening to it on Spotify this morning. I thought it was a little hit or miss but I kind of liked it.

I think this one may just go down as one of the worst albums of the year, right up there with the new one from Metallica and Lou Reed. I haven't heard enough from either record to pass judgement on them personally, I'm just going by the general online consensus.

I LOOOOOOOVE Metallica. I'm indifferent on Lou Reed. Not sure I like the collaboration. Here's the link to listed to the new song but remember, you can't unhear it.

They've previously said the album was inspired by German writer Frank Wedekind's turn-of-the-1900s plays Earth Spirit and Pandora's Box, which tell a "story of a young abused dancer's life and relationships,"

For that reason alone I would listen to the entire album when it comes out. I'm a big fan of Wedekind's plays. I thought this song was a little uneven, but nothing I wouldn't expect from Lou Reed.

I like the single "Miracle Worker" but I'm not really digging the other songs that I've heard enough to buy the whole album
