HE washer/dryer combos for work

Of all the late night research things I have to do, this is the oddest. Does anyone out there have experience with commercial based HE washers/dryers. Is there any difference between that and getting a high capacity model?

Why on earth would you want to wash and dry High Explosives?
Let me know where you work so I can avoid the district....
