I'd gladly bring over a plate of cookies.......
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

Looks like a great place. I'm sure Jane will decorate it perfectly!
Isn't the Root Trail the address from some rental property? Didn't they use to live on Ocean Blvd?

Jimmy Buffett Returns to Paradise with a New Palm Beach Home

King of the the Parrothead Nation Finds a New Roost Close to A1A
Jimmy Buffett, troubadour, film maker, restauranteur, and King of the Parrothead Nation apparently could not stay away from Highway A1A for long. After selling the oceanfront home he owned with his wife Jane for over 16 years back in May of last year he is back. According to a deed dated December 16th Jimmy and Jane have a new nest on the island located at 309 Garden Road.
This time instead of a 16,897 square foot home on 1.61 acres of oceanfront property they have opted for more modest digs on the north end of the island. This time they will enjoy 4,783 square feet built around a courtyard pool on an interior lot measuring 100’ x 140’. The description of the home by the listing broker was a “sophisticated island contemporary” with indoor/outdoor living benefitting a tropical resort. Natural light floods the homes’ white interior and should fit in well with Jimmy’s island lifestyle.
We had the pleasure of attending Jimmy’s show at the Cruzan Amphitheater back on April 23rd and welcome both he and Jane back as residents of our wonderful area.
Welcome back Jimmy!

I just need my invite to the house warming party, and I will bring the shrimp plate.
Very nice digs indeed! Perfect for a couple whose kids are growing up and will not be home as often.

He just bought 309 Garden Road.
Last year he sold 540 S. Ocean Blvd.
He still owns 138 Root Trail.
