Are the majority, or all, of the new dates that have been released lately for the "Welcome To FinLand" tour or are these the start of a new tour for 2012? Just curious. Have known him to do some in January, take a break, and then start a new tour in the Spring.

AMO posted in the Tampa thread that Tampa starts the new tour but I don't know where he/she got the info. I'm hoping that's right but you'd think there'd be a name already. Jimmy is sure mixing it up!

My understanding is that the first few dates of 2012--for example, the show in Miami--is a continuation of the Welcome to Fin Land Tour. My assumption is that some of the new dates that are coming out constitute the beginning of a new tour. That is my guess based on how Jimmy's tours have worked in the past.

I don't care what the name of the tour is, or the design of the set, just as long as Jimmy keeps playing.
And this year is is coming back to Arkansas!!!

But really when you think about it........besides the t-shirts, parts of the set......is the new tour that much different from the last tour?


My guess is about 6-7 songs.

Has anyone heard any rumors about a make-up show back here in Auckland, New Zealand yet? He was in Australia (and supposed to be here) at the end of last January...perhaps after the shows in March?

Good point, but a "new' tour name means "new" t-shirts and related stuff to sell!!!!!!

Even if the tour had a new name with new merchandise, etc., if any WTF merchandise was left over, they would sell it at the concerts.

as far as i know it's still WTF!!!.....new tour name WTF , the 2nd season!!!
