I've left a message for the parking lot person at LiveNation ... I tried to make a reasoned plea to her better nature, but a recording is not my strongest suit when it comes to winning new phriends.

NO TEXAS FO YOU!!!
Instead, G.O.M. # 2 and I will be going to Omaha and Des Moines that same week. Both are much closer to home for me, and anyway, Texas will tire of me very quickly, I'm sure, when I retire and move down there.
I'm so confused as why ya'll can trade tickets and they told me NOPHarmGirl wrote:For those of you not satisfied with your seats, there are some better ones showing up today! I just exchanged mine, moved from Row U to Row E! Yippeeee!![]()

I called this number: 800-653-8000
Waited for 10 minutes for them to answer.
Then I told them I saw their Live Nation Guarantee that says: "We'll exchange your tickets if you find better ones. Get a refund on your original purchase when you buy new tickets from us of equal or higher price for participating venues and teams, up until one week before the event."
You can go back to Ticketmaster and buy new tickets and get a refund on the old, or the agent can find you better seats. The guy I got on the phone was willing to wait and try several times to get something better.
Check it out, hope this works for you!!
Molly, I just pulled up 100 Row D Seats 6&7...so they are available.springparrot wrote:Guess I'll try again, but I was told on refunds, no exchanges.PHarmGirl wrote:Maybe you called the venue instead of Live Nation??springparrot wrote:I'm so confused as why ya'll can trade tickets and they told me NOPHarmGirl wrote:For those of you not satisfied with your seats, there are some better ones showing up today!
