New Jokelben upload

In light of the recent incident of shows on the Jokelben server being converted from mp3 to the Apple file format m4a, I have now uploaded an free audio conversion program to the server. This program can be downloaded and installed for those who wish to have the shows in a format other then mp3.
The program is a piece of freeware called Free Audio Converter that converts to and from audio various file formats, including aac, ac3, aiff, ape, flac, m4a, m4b, mka, mp3, ogg, ra, ram, tta, wav, wma.
The program is in the folder labeled "Audio Converter"
