Who's going to Detroit 7/28? ??

Presales in general get an allotment of seats from the promoter. The presale allotment of cheap seats may be gone, but I would expect there to be plenty on Saturday... that will sellout lightning quick like every other cheap Buffett seat at a Michigan show

did anyone pull up any cheap seats that werent in the section right behind home plate?? Both passwords seem to be link to that section so I assume that the rest will go on saturday. Actually the seats up the line will be closer than home plate

I've had good luck getting tix through 2 separate presales yesterday and today allowing myself and 5 others to attend the show in our desired seating

got the 4 I needed after getting tickets thrown back once because I couldn't type in info fast enough.
Made the think of SurfPirates strip.

I had registered with tickets.com ahead, but darned if I could figure out where to sign in when it was time to buy. Sigh!

It took me a while to find the link to register, Nutmeg, and I saved everything and it still didn't work! Luckily I had done it less than 12 hours before so I barely had to type anything, but what was the point of that?

I think the seats and availability was a function of the allocation to each of the presales. I got in late on the Thursday presales and got shut out on all but the $179 tickets but on Friday's Live Nation presale I got right in and scored pretty good $89 tickets. Section 122 Row 20. I have a hotel room in downtown Detroit and tickets for the concert can't ask for much more.

Saturday's public sale had better seats than the presale. Got put in the first position before the checkout by the virtual waiting room. Popup sprung about one minute after 10.

Got 8 in the cheap seats. section 215 row A.

Also the show is pretty much sold out, only a few singles will come up.

Great showing from the Great Lakes state........so anyone want to bump that thread where a poster said he didnt believe Michigan shows sold out in 30 seconds, he didnt even believe they sold out at all.

as we will be out of town that day. I am sooooo bummed! But just this morning I got two tickets to the June 28 show in Pittsburgh. These have been on sale for quite some time and are not even sold out! I hope Jimmy and his people take note of who sells out and how fast they sell out as he further dwindles his schedule in coming years. Hope you guys have a great time turning the D into Margaritaville North!

Making the trip from Toronto and I've read that a good spot for football tailgaiting is at the Eastern Market. Anyone know if they will be opening up for Buffett tailgaters?

From what I have been told.......NO!!!
The market is open on Saturday...hence not feasible for the Saturday show.
But then again..........I'm not a local.
