I have the dvr set

Chesney will be on the Today Show Friday Concert this week. I had a fan pass to be up front but I gave it up. The musical guests don't come on until the 8:30 half hour of the show but NBC wants all fan pass holders to be there by 6:00am. Since I take the Long Island Railroad instead of driving whenever I go into NYC, and that's before the start of the morning rush hour so there aren't a lot of trains that time of day, I would have to take the 4:15am train, getting to Penn Station at 4:50. The next train isn't until an hour later and I wouldn't be able to get from Penn Station to Rockefeller Plaza by 6:00 if I took that one. If it had been last week or next week I might have gone but I'm driving up to Massachusetts Friday for the Great Woods show and I'd like to be awake for that 200 mile ride.

That would be a very, very long morning just to hear two or three songs!!

Going to wildwood nj Wednesday for the free Kenny concert on the beach!!! Can't wait

They seem to be replaying it mostly in the morning.

I'm hoping for a small Key West gig again.

I think he looks better with the hat on.

Rumor has it the new album is a lot of slow songs and only one "trop rock" one.
I'd like the hear another album like Be As You Are from him again.

Just watched this last night. Realized he was in St Barth and did some recording at Eden Rock at Villa Rock Star.

Recognized the area right away. What a beautiful place to work and play. Some clips seemed to be BVI too. Here's a link to the villa for those of us whom will never attain this kind of vacation for the rich and famous!! BUT..... you can still play in St Barth on a budget!!!

We listened to the CD a few times over the weekend. It's a bit slow and boring for me. I like the faster paced songs but my wife loves the new cd. She's a little bit country and I'm a little bit rock n roll.
