I'm going to give this a bump.
The final manuscript is going to the publisher sometime in December.
This facebook page ---->
https://www.facebook.com/JimmyBuffettFaq
is THE place where YOU can help shape the final product.
FYI ... the book's cover has been chosen (a photo by Tom Corcoran)
and the book is already available for pre-order on Amazon
and can be seen along with the rest of the Musician's FAQ books
from the same publisher here ---->

Any idea of the actual expected publishing date? This will be on my Mothers Day wish list.

It will be available early next year.
I don't know the actual date yet, but it
will most certainly be available
before Mothers Day.

As long as we're talking a book of Buffett FAQs, I think I did pretty well on eBay about a week ago; I ended up spending less than a $20.00 bill for a bunch of Parrothead-related stuff like a Margaritaville "Parrothead" and "License to Chill" license plates, bumper stickers, postcards, a couple pictures of Jimmy, some Key West souvenirs like coasters and glasses from Sloppy Joe's, Flying Monkeys, and Hog's Breath, and some other knick-knacks —
and also a book that looks like the "Yellow Album" cover entitled "Things You Know by Heart" by one Olaf Nordstrom.
Anybody else have this book? According to Amazon.com, it's a
'trivia book based on absolutely nothing other than the words in Jimmy's music'. Is it worth having? Did I do good on this deal or not?

I've certainly spent $20 on worse than all that.
According to Amazon Olaf has also authored some Jimmy-related cookbooks and drink recipes.

Need some help. We're coming down to the wire here to get this book to the publisher.
I'm doing some research on various celebrities that have joined Jimmy on stage over the years.
Rick Fears during BHOTM. Of course we have Ed Bradley, and Sean Payton recently. And Katie Couric.
Others? Thanks for helping jog my memory.

Yep. Thinking more non-professional musicians.
I just thought of another ... Bill Clinton played sax with Jimmy at the Tennessee Inaugural ball in '93.
And Don Johnson introducing Jimmy at the Miami Marine stage for Live By The Bay.

Oh ... as the inspiration for "SHA-BOOBIES", she's definitely a celebrity parrothead.

Ed Podolak, former KC Chiefs running back, was onstage for at least one song at the Des Moines show back in April. I remember Angelica Huston at one of the Jones Beach shows about 10 or so years ago.
