I have a business trip on Oct 30th near Orlando. Fly back to San Diego on the 31st. Is MOTM worth me extending my trip and driving down to the Keys by myself? I've never been to the Keys before and I'm trying to judge how much fun it would be alone.

I've never been to MOTM, but if you love "Trop Rock" music I don't see how you can't have good time. I was at the Songwriter's Fest in KW in May solo & enjoyed it very much.

If you can make it happen you really should go. It's that much fun.

I see I missed registration to the convention. I assume there will be plenty of activities and PH's elsewhere. I'm going to start searching for a room and then try and convince my better half that I need to stay in FL a few days longer.

Well..........no MOTM credentials in hand but I've committed to being a temporary resident of the Conch Republic from October 29th through Nov. 2nd. Will be startin' my days at the La Concha. Where I go from there is anyone's guess............

Hey we just a great deal on a rental car down to KW from FLL and then got the same deal going back! Everyone should have gotten an email from PHIP about rental cars from Avis. There is a code to use in the email. Check it out......great deal! Save us $100 going down (we need the car for 3 days)! Going back on Monday was only $40 tax included. Check your emails!

This time next week, I'll be in transit to ParrotHead Land!
