meet a favorite celebrity/public figure
meet their favorite author/performer (not quite the same as above; not all authors are necessarily celebrities or public figures)
appear on a game show (Jeopardy or Millionaire, if I had to name a specific one)
reconnect with — or at least meet up with — their first girlfriend/boyfriend again

There are several ideas that are kinda close, in a way. But it doesn't involve traveling to another country/place, etc..
