Love how this venue just plans for the tailgate and states the lot times up front. Wish we could get something so direct and simple at GW, although I suspect that is more of the town's issue than the venue.

Nancy, my flight landed in Austin 3:30 yesterday afternoon. The only place I've been since then is the parking lot. I've been tailgating for 2 days.

GW always pussyfoots around about it. Like I said, I think that is more to do with Mansfield town selectman. Just wonder why it works well and smoothly in some venues and others are such fusterclucks.

The venue isn't charging for the "extra" camping night, that seems reasonable. How's the crowd? Going with the flow or making waves?

The ticketmaster customer service rep told me I'd get a credit to my account within 3-5 business days. I checked my AmEx statement this morning, they refunded my money the same day I called.

Sorry most of our group couldn't stay for the show on Friday. Tom, Lenora, Tara and I still had a great time, though we did have to borrow grill time from our neighbors for the hot dogs! New friends! The tailgating on Friday was still pretty sparse. Two complete rows (both sides) by 3 pm. Give it time and it will be a good tailgating venue. Everyone working there was so friendly! I liked the concert venue too. We had good floor seats. And except for the crazy 80 year old man behind us that kept getting the beach balls and stabbing them, the crowd was fun. Yes, he said it was childish! Really? At a Buffett concert?? Everyone around us rallied and prevented him from killing more than two!

Good to hear you still had a good time at the show, I'm sorry I wasn't able to hang around the extra day.

That made me laugh, if you are not a bit childish, why are you at a Buffett show, we had several beer disaster from beach balls around us in Frisco but everyone laughed and keep on going. If we could not laugh, we would all go insane!!!! Glad you guys had a great time, wish we could have been two places at once!!!!
