We're excited to announce that Jimmy Buffett is coming to Tower Amphitheater with Jackson Browne on May 2! Doors will open at 5 p.m. and the show will start at 7 p.m.
As a valued member of the Tower Amphitheater mailing list, we are offering you the opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public! Your exclusive pre-sale will begin this Friday, Feb. 15 at 5 p.m. and will end at 10 p.m.
Tickets start at just $48.50 for general admission lawn and $136.00 for reserved seats.

YEP, that is what I got as well. I am guessing even though we can get in, tickets will not be available until 5. Glad I have the livenation app on my ipad and phone because I will be on the road at 5 with no internet access!! hopefully it will work then. I am just going for lawn, so hopefully that will be easy. gotta save for toooo many spring events.
Good luck at 5 (of course I will keep checking every so often to see if they start earlier

same here. Tara even heard it on the radio in Fort Worth that the tickets were going on sale this morning, but that may have been for the Frisco concert.

fins worked!!!!! apparently the COTA password is different for the early tickets, even though parrot would get you in......... I got two lawn GA seats

Just got into Ticketmaster and got tickets on the grass in Section 3....see everyone there. And thanks to whoever posted that "fins" was the password to use. It worked!!!!
Let me know if anyone finds out whether they will allow tailgating in the parking lot and any information about parking costs.
Sure would like to see it be as great as Frisco tailgating was several years ago when I was there. Golf Carts allowed, etc.

If you go to the Tower Amphitheater website and click on the JB show, there is a all your answers to tailgating and parking. They will allow tailgating starting at noon on Wednesday, no motorized vehicles, they do have RV parking with hook ups, etc, etc........

Molly, I'm in row V seat 11. I had 2 browsers open and got row V seat 12 in the other one. I went in one more time and tried to get something closer but that time I got row V seat 14 so I bought seat 11.

If I'm not mistaken, the Austin Motel is in the other direction from the airport and the venue. Any recommendations on hotels for this one? Thanks.

You can stay with us! I have an empty spare bedroom that you are welcome to use - no charge! As long as you like dogs, we have 2.

The hotels that are closest to the airport will be best. BEGTX, may know more being from Austin. I am thinking the closet would be the one right at the airport, since most of the others are headed back toward town. We use the tollway a lot so I am not too familiar with the area between the airport and Austin. Looks like the Quality Inns and Suites on 71 or the Hilton at the Airport are the closest. I will try to post a map I pulled up......

A to B is the route from the airport to venue the other markers are hotels.
