Who is going to Nashville April 27

My husband and I are going this year. It's my second Buffett concert (my cherry was popped June 28th 2012 in Pittsburgh). My husband is a virgin. From what I've read, the tailgating scene is pretty much non-existent in Nashville. We're staying at a hotel by the airport and will take a cab to the show. I want to check out the scene downtown before the concert anyway. Does anyone know if Margaritaville will have the street blocked off again? I look forward to meeting up with any Parrotheads that are going. I'm trying to get my husband introduced to the PH lifestyle and he's been resistant thus far.....

I'd say it's 50/50 right now. I know they're formalizing plans right now, so they should be ready to announce something soon.

I have been told that http://www.merchantsrestaurant.com/ makes the best margarita in downtown Nashville. Beer prices are not bad either

Tennessee has the highest beer tax rate in the nation at 17%.

Street party? - Informal/unofficial word is there will be one even with all the other things happening in downtown that day/eve.

This is my second time ever going to a Buffett concert without my family, first time going completely alone (I moved 7 hours away from them from SC to Nashville). The first time I went without them, my ex was opening up for Jimmy in Philly so I got together with a large tailgate group from this site in Philly, & it was a blast. So, if anyone wants a 26-year-old to bring drinks & food & a big supply of coconut bras, please let me know!
