Sigh....you just took the wind out of my sails. 2010 was my first year to bristow. I forgot how great it was, it's where I first met, liph, schoolgirl, surfpirate, and many others. Not to mention it was our first mac mcanally concert.

Between the venue screwing things up for the last few years and the split crowd (some over at FB instead of BN) things will never be the same. And it doesn't seem like VA beach could be a substitute venue since the lots don't open until mid-late afternoon. The times they are a-changin'.

Agreed. I learned this year that a lot of the regulars head to the Florida shows in February. My wife and I had a blast in Jacksonville this year. We plan on going back to Florida again this year for a Buffett show again. I enjoyed bristow last year and I'm sure I will this year. But sadly 2010 will never happen again.

Hey! Rumored?? I spent the better part of the afternoon with you all although I wasn't there for the early-afternoon hijinks. There was a verbal and near physical incident that enough people will recall that will more than solidify my alibi. That was almost my last BN meet-up for more than one reason. You're probably thinking of 2009 when I was a straggler because I had my wife and 1-year-old along with me.
