If I lived within 20 miles of this place I would be there every single day. Unless I lived in Key West again in which case it would be kind of pointless. Pretty cool stuff:

There's two blimp hangers that size in Tustin California that they've been tossing plans around for over a decade.

Except it's 10 minutes from Newport Beach and would be kind of silly.
