Maybe they're going to be filming the show(s) for another CD/DVD release (like the "Live at Fenway/Chicago/Anguilla" series or the Las Vegas shows that became "Welcome to Fin City") and someone found out?  Being that close to the stage means you have a better chance of your mug making it onto the final product, so if you want the opportunity to be immortalized for posterity you gotta pay the piper.

These tickets at those prices appear every year on stubhub for this show. I agree with the surfpirate, $335 is my limit for what I am willing to pay on stubhub. I used stubhub last year for the Bristow show and had great seats. This year I used livenation for my tickets in Jacksonville and just upgraded as the show got closer and had incredible seats. I plan to do the same for bristow this year, my seats are in section 102, which I perfectly fine with me, but I will upgrade if the opportunity arises.

I only commented on the OP's suggestion that to him $335 was an acceptable secondary market price
but anyone dealing in prices above that were candidates for a Singapore Caning.
