Which is what I said along time ago when people stated falsely that Jimmy said he would not go back to Comerica during the show. What he said was that it was a "one off show " and that was in a interview that was done a good week before the show.

The people at OE, Jimmy, and the business's downtown were shocked at how well it went and want more "opening day" type events down there. OE has a new hockey arena coming in a few years and wants to steal all the big name acts now from PS&E before they have to fill a new arena to make bank payments.

I guess I was part of the success last year since I went to Comerica, however I would not go there again. I will definitely search for a smaller out of state venue if Comerica is the choice this year.

Sure we would all prefer Pine Knob but I'm just glad he's coming back to the D and appreciate that Jimmy is still out there touring and taking us along for the ride. Plus a Saturday concert is always a bonus!
