Perfect. :D
Like SGH said — Perfect!!  And you got the solo version, too!  Double primo!!
You realize, however, that you're gettin' nuttin' for Christmas — Santa Claus came early for you this year.

NOOOOOOOOOO.....I can change honest. :(

Though I must say that's pretty funny :D
Or like on Cheers...you're the new Claven.

What a pathetic display. I'm ashamed God made me a man. - Cliff Claven.

I'm at my lowest of lowes right now. Now if I can only win backstage passes to the lowtide lounge and try to get to Jimmy. I'll make this right, I have to. If the Grinch could steal Christmas and then give it back, BY GOD I can get Jimmy to play Nautical Wheelers.
I told you I'd fix the mess I caused by requesting another song..... :)

Jeff I didn't know where you were last night. I was over about one section. The security guarding the stage probably thought I was going to try to climb up there. Hahaha I was screaming way to go Funky!!

That....was....epic!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

I'm so glad you got the video of it! I'm just so glad, period!!! Jeff, you NEED to read back through the set list thread and you'll see how excited everyone was leading up to "The Event." It was crazy. Also check out FB. That ought to keep you on Cloud Ten even longer!

Where's CRC Parrothead? I believe the term she coined - PERMAGRIN! - may apply to a certain Funkhouse guy today. And to many of us, for that matter. :-D

Looking back through this thread, I see that I was kind of a doubter....Glad I was wrong.
Also think Jimmy did a kickass performance of the song, better than on the Encores album.

Where do you go from here, Funkhouse? What's next? I mean , after the setlist is pressed onto t-shirts and tattoed on your back? :D

Imagine if he started the song, sang the first couple of words and walked off the stage again. That would have made for an even better story!

I guess since I can still show my face around here after last night, I won't need to go for the plan B I had ready for when FunkHouse9 went into hiding.

My block letters never made it into the venue. All that effort for naught.Earlier I made a promise to Jimmy to ship the letters to any Margaritaville he would display them.
Jimmy,it's time for me to pony up.Where do you want them?

No hurry,let me know................
