Cooked this pie on my kamado grill the other night - olive oil, garlic, shredded Italian cheese blend, prosciutto, and fresh mozzarella, topped with basil chiffonade after it was done. Pretty damn tasty.

I have, Papa John's. Worst pizza I've ever had. I would rather eat the English muffin pizzas they served in the cafeteria when I was in elementary school.

I would put Pizza Hut ahead of papa johns as the worst. I wouldn't waste a penny on any of the pizza chain outfits out there.

Keet works in the pizza shop downtown here...owned by his best friend's family. Italian Nana, whose from scratch sauce is amazing, is *this tall* and adorable. They are one of the few places up here that make a true thin, foldable crust pizza.
She also provides the grandma experience for keet...he and her grandson have been pals since first grade. My mom passed when keet was 5 and Mr. Lime's mom passed only a few years ago but hadn't known any of us for years before that due to dementia/alzheimers. So 4'11" Nana covers them all.
You only have two options - havin' fun or freakin' out...
Is the stone specific for grilling or can it be used in a regular oven, too?
