You got that right. I wish there was something I could have done with it. About the only thing would be to replace the songs that don't have references to Chicago, but that would take quite a while. I'm sorry that this was the best I could post.
I posted a couple messages on Radio Marg's FB page asking if there was a recording made at the venue. I don't expect a reply, but it may give them something to think about if there was a good recording of the show.

There apparently was a recording made as they replayed the pre-show interview (Bing and Bong) around 12 Noon today

I didn't hear it. Did it have the same dropouts as last night?

I only heard the last few seconds or so which sounded fine, remember recordings are made from the soundboard at the shows not the RM stream so chances are there recording should be fine

The question becomes who can locate whomever is in the know about it's existence AND sweet talk them out of a copy!
I was at the show and it was a very cool new hometown venue. But I am bummed at the quality (nothing AT ALL against you SunLover), as I've got every show I've been to and it usually gets heavy "rotation" for some time afterwards. I've only gotten through the first third of the show, but it is certainly irritating.

It would make sense that the shows are recorded at the venue off the soundboard. They do that for the shows in Paris, Australia, Hawaii, etc. However, the RM concert replays of recent shows (like over the past few tours) have the same audio qualities as the original live broadcasts. It seems like the shows are not archived on soundboard recordings anymore. RM probably captures the audio like I do, by the uplink from the venue. That uplink is what they need to work on.
Wasn't there a show a few years ago in Ontario that had such a bad feed, that they actually stopped the live broadcast?
I might have the location wrong...

Yes, it was Toronto, and they replayed it shortly afterwards.

Was a soundboard or "clean" version of this show ever released or broadcast? Or is it doomed to remain another souvenir of a less-than-stellar trip to Margaritaville?
Thanks for all your work keeping us Parrotheads happy.

We will know if a soundboard or "clean" copy exists if the show is played as a concert replay at some point

I kinda doubt there is a soundboard capture of the show. They probably would have played it by now since the original broadcast was so bad, since that's what they did with that Toronto show mentioned above...
