Former Heavyweight Boxing Champ dies
Broke Muhammed Ali's jaw in their first fight, in which he defeated Ali.
His son played many years in the NFL.

Norton, Ali, Frazier, Foreman ... heck ... even Duane Bobick made that era of boxing great.
The Heavyweight division was where it was at. Except for the early Mike Tyson run it has been a bore ever since.

Word is, one of the George Forman kids (George I, George II, George III, I don't know...) is looking pretty good and has quite a future

even tho never liked Norton or his son, it is sad to hear the news. and as was said earlier, that era was when boxing really was something people still watched and talked about
