MOTM and Key West cannot come soon enough. I work the 09:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m. shift at one of my jobs, and at 03:00 this morning when I was in the middle of typing a major report, the server crashed. Luckily, my second job had some work that needed to be typed, and I just finished the work. Time to get some sleep.

We received a survey request from the MOTM organization today. In a nut shell, it is intended for previous year(s) attendees, requesting impressions regarding music lineup, ranking favorite Trop Rock entertainment, Margaritaville Key West environment, specials, coupons, etc. We are MOTM virgins. We can't offer our opinions, yet. We are appreciative to know that the commitee is trying to keep things fresh. Anybody else get this survey?

Filled out the survey too. Good they do this.

Just booked our reservations at Lighthouse Court! We used to stay at Southernmost on the Beach but their rates have gone through the roof and they are also tacking on a $25/day resort fee. When speaking to the girl at Lighthouse reservations she told me that Southernmost sold a couple of months ago. It is such a shame but there is no way I can justify $3100 for 6 nights!

Jeeeez.. on top of everything else.. good lord. I remember one year, not too far back.. there were one or two rooms that had a $110/ night (with tax) at the Southernmost.

Registration for MOTM is done. Living arrangements for the week are taken care of. My flight is booked. Ms Sammie and I will land in Key West in 233 days. I'm very pleased with the jammed packed schedule this year.

Holy crap! That's as much as the HOUSE I used to rent on Nantucket. Glad you found a good spot.

again .... I have to wait for the Dolphins Schedule to come out , before I book anything. They are as bad as Jimmy, and concert dates.
