Bob Dylan Interactive Video

Post by surfpirate »

bwahahahaha! Brilliantly fun! Bob Dylan's LIKE A ROLLING STONE as an interactive video.
History Channel, ESPN, Game Show Channel with Drew Carey ... much more.
Everyone seems to be *lip syncing* to the song.
Keep changing the channel until you get to MUS!C Classics and you'll see actual Dylan footage,
but the other channels are more fun. 8)

Mr. Zimmerman and I share the same MAY 24th birthday. DYLAN RULES!

Bob Dylan’s “Like A Rolling Stone” Released Today as Groundbreaking interactive video!
The video showcases a patented technology platform
which allows viewers to play an active role in the story of the music video.
No two people will engage with the video in the same way twice.

Very cool concept but if ever there was a song that didn't need a video, it's "Like A Rolling Stone". By the way, it's meant to promote his new 47 CD box set which is out today.

The *interactive video* Dylan's website did a few years ago
using the original video from Subterranean Homesick Blues was much better ....
you could type your own messages on the posterboards from the video ...

Back in the mid-90's this is one of the first interactive CD-ROM's I ever purchased. Cool to know that Dylan has always been on the cutting edge when it comes to this kind of stuff and has never been afraid to take chances with it.
