Does anybody (Sunlover?) know why there are two copies of the 5-31-2001 Denver concert on Jokelben? They seem to be identical except for the numbering of the songs.
I would like to capture this concert, but don't know which one to get. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first Denver folder are .mp3 files. The second Denver folder (copy) are .m4a format, which is an MPEG4 audio only file. You would have to check if your audio player supports this format. I can't tell from here (I'm at work now) which show has better sound quality. These are not shows that I have posted. You might try downloading a couple tracks from each show to compare them.REEDMM wrote:Does anybody (Sunlover?) know why there are two copies of the 5-31-2001 Denver concert on Jokelben? I don't know why there are two versions of this show unless the copy was restored from a server backup. Most shows are in .mp3, which is a more universal audio format over wma, m4a, etc.

At some point some nice person converted a number of shows to m4a format which is more compatible with Apple products. When the owner of the server Bobtu did a restoration of the server from his master copy/ back up some of the converted shows remained. It's no big deal.SunLover wrote:The first Denver folder are .mp3 files. The second Denver folder (copy) are .m4a format, which is an MPEG4 audio only file. The numbering of the songs in the m4a folder of that show is set up for cd conversion with songs marked for Disc 1 and Disc 2REEDMM wrote:Does anybody (Sunlover?) know why there are two copies of the 5-31-2001 Denver concert on Jokelben?
