Hi fellow Parrotheads.... any whispers yet on a Paris or Ireland date for 2014.

And just to remind you of the fun we had (and for those of you that missed out)..... Time to live La Trabendo, Paris one more time....

Greetings from the wet and windy island......

Nothing to report except for the rumour on Facebook (which I know you guys have seen). I looked back at when we bought tickets for Paris over the last 3 shows and that was no help at all....
One year was December, one January and one April!!

So I guess we will just wake up one morning to find that La Cigale has announced the concert (s) and put the tickets on sale all at the same time (like last year).

Fingers crossed I am not in Florida as I would be up too late :-(

Not sure whether it's just a rumour or reality, when I read the first message, and then checked rooms on booking.com, all rooms seemed to be selling out fast, so have booked rooms at the Ibis Paris Sacré Coeur 18ème, it's about 150 metres from La Cigale, and can be cancelled without a fee until the 23rd September.Hope the rumour is fact, looking froward to seeing familiar faces again in Paris.

I don't believe so. He did however state during last years La Cigale concert that he would be going to Dublin this year....... Just like he said he would be back in London in 2009 and we all know what happened with that :-)

Hi Kate, Paris will be a bit cooler than Miami, but this particular weekend in Paris has had great weather for the last 6 years, you will need a bottle opener to open beer bottles unless you bring some Landsharks across, hope it is not a rumour, Sue and I are looking forward to meeting you again, and also all the other great people we have met at concerts.

It will be great. Wow Miami seems like it was so long ago. Soooo... I don't speak French, who wants to be my translator? 3 years of Spanish never really came in handy!

There will be plenty of people to help, Paris is a great place for tourists, the Metro is fantastic, day tickets are inexpensive, and can be used on the Metro, some trains, and some ferries on the Seine, we are planning to arrive about lunchtime on the Thursday, as the first concert last year was on the Thursday, if you are landing at CDG you can get a train into Paris, change to the Metro at Gar de Nord, get off at Pigalle which is a short walk to the hotel.

Take care of Don, Kate. He got overheated at one of the concerts last year and scared us half to death. Charleston came to his rescue.

Thanks Granville for posting those videos again. They bring back such great memories and it was really fun seeing so many of those same new friends in Hawaii last month. And to re-ask your question...what are the rumored dates for Paris and Dublin???

Afternoon Tommy.... the rumour was 'voiced' in the Parrotheads in Paris group on Facebook. It comes from a previously reliable source. To be honest if Jimmy is going to do Paris its usually the weekend of Paris fashion week :-)
