Heading up Lake Geneva way tomorrow afternoon. Just searched all of the activities around town and was BLOWN away. Looks like there at least 3 different events: Boat Drunks, Hemmingways, and Chuck's.

Planning to be at Chuck's for Mr. Myers second show of the night, but we might check out one of the other bashes beforehand.

the #tikipod is open

I look forward to seeing y'all tonight!

I'll be wearing a sleeveless lime green top... haven't found my BN name tag yet, and probably won't have time to look between work and departure. Ray, my SO DD, is a very large balding man who will probably be wearing camo shorts with a Hawaiian shirt, with a Marvel comic t-shirt underneath, because that's how he rolls! lol Please say hello if I don't say hello to you first!

Tomorrow is looking a bit more delayed than I originally planned, but I will try to make contact at the BN islands that I'll know how to find!

Cheers! [smilie=battingeyes.gif] [smilie=happydance.gif] [smilie=hiya.gif]

I lost my B.N. name tag a long time ago. But I think I remember what you look like, JoAnn. :-)

I hope so, Garry! Sad to say, I'm puffier again! But I'll work on it, after Sunday! Not blonde any more, either.

But, the stars have aligned for me over the course of this very unproductive work day! I now have a partner in crime, a ticket to the show, and I found my BN name tags! One in pristine condition, and one that's apparently been rode hard and put away wet on numerous occasions! But it's got character, and a with little scotch tape, voila! Good to go!

I'll be at Hemingway's fairly early, like by 6, since I'll have to leave fairly early. My chariot has an early curfew tonight, so I'm thinking I'll be out the door by 9pm! Still plenty of time for fulfilling fun, and I'll be fresh for a big day tomorrow! Late to the lot tomorrow compared to the rest of you, but again, short but sweet! And I get to see Jimmy for my 14th year in a row! Shout out to my first, in 2001, when it was 40 degrees and sleeting in June, yet I stepped off the bus, and was astounded by how much skin I saw in grass skirts and coconut bras! Feeling very nostalgic!

Super stoked now! Let the good times roll!

What time is early? We were thinking of getting there by 11 at the latest. Does anyone remember what time they started to let people in last year?

These days, they don't fight it, but let people in early. But early arrivals have to pay for parking. My group is planning on meeting at the square in East Troy at 11am, then heading over. With late arrivals, we'll likely still hit the gate by noon.

We were gonna try and hit Hemmingways, but I'm sitting on a pontoon 10 minutes from Alpine and we are not moving fast. Myers at Chucks for us.

I finally got to Hemingway's around 10 PM after my GPS took me to Oshkosh and back. (Not literally, but......). (Actually, I was given the wrong address, so I can't really blame the GPS).
Still, it was nice seeing Jim, Stephanie, Eric, & Jolena.
Everyone is looking very well.
