Myself and luciole are attending this show, but we have both had absolutely insane weeks, and we are frankly beat. The surf has tossed us about and dragged us across the bottom. Therefore, we are not stressing arriving early. We will likely get there a few hours before show time and come say hi (we are parking in a different lot), but no major tailgate for us. Too hot, and too tired. Not this time.

But we will still be there with fins on. Eventually.

Parking Lot Party- We are here in Oklahoma, but our club, COPA, Central Oklahoma PH Assoc. is having a parking lot party in Frisco today They have 12 spaces in the Gold Lot with lots of grass to sit on.
They are charging 35 pp. For that you get the use of portapotties (4), entertainment by Jerry Diaz from 2 to 5, Karokie, a lunch catered by Taco Cabana (fajitas). shaded cabanas with misters. However you have to be a member fo COPA to attend. Membership is $12 and you can join right on site at the parking lot.. They won't take any registrations after 1 p.m. So far 150 have signed up and the cap is 225. I think you will have a great time.

We made it to the show fine, but simply no real tailgate for us this time around. We still had a great day, but I did miss my BN crew. Hopefully, it will all work out next year. Hope everyone made it home safe and sound.

Fogerty absolutely OWNED that show. When he had Jimmy up there for one of the CCR tunes he pushed Jimmy to his electric limits on his guitar and he did great.
Holy CRAP it was hot and humid down there in section B with other humans too closeby. Poor wife had to go take a breather up to the concourse area. Obviously Nadirah really had a tough time with the heat but you sure wouldn't know it by her awesome voice.
The funnest activity ever? Seeing a beach ball I just hit nail somebody busy texting when they should be watching the show LOL.

I too, thought Fogerty owned that show. He was great. Wish he would have played longer. Jimmy was his normal self, nowadays he just goes through the motions. Fogerty added some flavor to the show. It was hot, my wife almost passed out. Had to keep going up top to get water. We were in floor B, and the concession arrangement was horrible. Also, they only had Bud Light. Nice stadium, but would absolutely never go back to Frisco. Terrible setup.

Does anyone know how you get the wrist bands to join the Landshark private party in the Gold lot. It looked like a ton of fun but you had to have the wristbands to get in. We want to join the party next year!!!

We tried to get in there too, but no luck. Must have been some people tied to margaritaville corporate.

You had to join "their" parrothead club for $12 pp. which you could do right there if you wanted.
