Special concerts signs have been put out regarding parking this morning. Fences are being worked on. They are getting ready for us.
On a side note new NO STOPPING OR STANDING signs have been put up.

I take that as meaning they arent playing when they say lots open at noon dont park on the berm of the road.

Lots open at noon. Tailgating is allowed. I think the rules and regs are back on page 67.

I haven't read through all 81 pages, but what is the actual schedule this night? I got an email from margaritaville.tv saying that Alan Jackson takes the stage at 7 and Buffett at 8:30, is this right? and I can assume opening acts will be 6-7?

Yes, we are all pretty much going with that. AJ is going to be broadcast on RM. It would be great if MTV would broadcast that part of the show as well.
