The problem with that theory is , Jimmy doesn't allow his Musician's to play during a leg of the tour. Unless the 18th ends a leg of the tour.

Where are you seeing specifically Tinley at? I'm trying to confirm that but haven't seen it listed anywhere but on margaritaville.com as Chicago.

Click through on Chicago listing and it says "First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre".

Wow. I was looking at the text and missed the big header that said the venue. Too excited to finally have dates.
