I don't wanna. But I gotta.. So it's off to work we go. Happy Monday!!

I took off from work today and tomorrow. Painting the first floor entry hall and kitchen. But first, coffee with a girlfriend I haven't seen in way too long.

I'm looking for sun again today -- is that too much to ask ?

Good morning. It isn't supposed to rain today but it sure looks like it wants to.

Morning, HOG. Sunny and actually kind of warm 'round here today. Driveway and front walk are finally fully visible.

Good morning phriends! Sure am glad I decided to stop lurking and start posting

Kids thought I was a lunatic, trying to haul them out of bed in the pitch dark this morning. Girl-child picked at her breakfast and told me she couldn't go to school because her leg hurt. Eat up and get dressed, kid.

Last week of work before the kids are off for spring break-- I was hoping to have money put aside to take a cruise, but alas. We're headed to Kansas City for a few days instead. That's the same, right? Haha.

There's a place here called the Boathouse. They have live music, I don't know if it's every night but I know it's every weekend. Somehow in the 2+ years since I moved here I haven't been to the place yet. The DJ on the local country station said there's a band playing there this Friday night, I didn't catch the name, but the station is one of the sponsors of the concert and she's going to be there. She's a former Carolina Panthers cheerleader. I may have to go.

I thing you SHOULD go, Larry. Can't hurt, anyway.
