Good morning! So I think we're going to skip Buffett this year. Garth brooks is playing 30 minutes from home, I think I'd rather save the money and get good seats for that if I can't get them when they go on sale.

We left the last buffett show early, I need a break. I've seen him 9 times in 8 years. It's hard to watch the show when I'm really not enjoying it. I still love everything about him, just time for a break.

One of the local schools, Georgetown-Horry Technical College, has a dental hygienist program. The dentist had a student observing today. When I told her I thought it would be spring break, she said Coastal Carolina University's spring break was this week but her school's wasn't until the end of the month. She was a cute girl but when she spoke she sounded about 12.

My plans for the weekend were supposed to include the Irish Fest at the Market Common tomorrow afternoon and the St. Patrick's Day Festival at the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk tomorrow night and again Sunday afternoon. Now, according to the weather guessers, it's supposed to rain both days. I may be reduced to going to the free concert at the Boathouse tonight. One of the sponsors is a local country music station and it's being hosted by one of the DJs, who used to be a Carolina Panthers cheerleader.

I just got back from Kohl's. I had one of those cheap digital watches and it broke so I went to buy a new one. When I got to the jewelry department I saw they had watches on sale for 25% off. I picked one for $29.99, 25% off brings it down to $22.49. The cashier had a $10 off coupon, bringing the price down to $12.49. I paid with a Kohl's credit card, another 20% off. My new $29.99 watch wound up costing, tax included, $10.60.
