Probably. I've got an amazing boss, so I'm always honest with him, even if I just want to leave for mental health.

That is certainly true!! Since I started here in 1996, I've had 6 bosses - only one I didn't like, and I only worked for her for about 6 months before I moved to another department.

. . kinda the same story here . . . as everyone knows, it's the actual workers/employees that make a business successful . . . has nothing to do with the bosses that come and go . . most of mine had no clue as to what I did . .
