I kinda had the blues about not winning, too. Don't get me wrong I am very happy for all of the winners. And we really can't even swing the trip anyway! But it is a once in a lifetime experience. I get how you feel ...

(((((Ethel))))) I know it's a bummer. But look at how many shows you've seen, when many have never seen any. It's a long drive to take the chance at getting/not getting a ticket. Yes, there'll be others down there who are just there to party, but they won't get in to see him, either.

So what's stopping you? Aren't you going to Orange Beach solo?

You should go!! And take a billion pictures so that I can live vicariously through you. I was wishing today that we'd just bought tickets to go down to KW. Even though we didn't get concert tickets. Even though I'd end up having a claustrophobic meltdown crammed into Mville to watch the live stream. I'd still get to drink coffee at Harpoon Harry's and people watch on Duvall Street and eat "dolphin fingers" at Caroline's. November seems very far away.
