Wife heard a song the other day on RM.
It should have been a Jimmy song, but it was someone like Orleans or 10CC or someone in that genre. Typical heading out on vacation and never coming back kind of song.
She asked me about it and I need to play it off like I knew it and how smart I am...

Anyone have an idea of the song I am talking about? Frigging tip of my tongue and it is driving me nuts....

OMG, not him.

Only songs I ever hear by those bands on RM are Orleans' "Dancin' In The Moonlight" and 10cc's "Dreadlock Holiday" (chorus starts "I don't like reggae, I love it"). Apparently RM plays a couple more Orleans songs, but they aren't soaking in.

Remember that times on Dogstar Radio are Eastern. Which is odd, because I think the guy that owns it lives in California.

Possibly Atlanta Rhythm Section (think it had a Atlanta/Georgia connection for some reason)? Dang it is driving me nuts. I have even seen it mentioned in a discussion here on BN.

About all the info I can remeber.

If it had a Georgia connection, maybe it was the talent-free asshats from Florida Georgia Line.

I really like this song...I think he could cover this one and get away with it, and then he could put the horrible 5 O'clock Somewhere to bed.. (though IMHO we do not need anymore covers).
