Hello Nancy!

We finally got a little bit of that much needed rain. Off to work we go. And darn it, it's a 5-day week How will I ever survive. But hey, at least Friday is pay day !!

My flight home from Frisco yesterday was at 4:00 and I had a connecting flight in Atlanta. When I bought the ticket in February, I was supposed to get home at 10:06 last night. When I printed my boarding pass at the hotel yesterday, Delta had changed the time of the connecting flight and I was supposed to get home at 10:36. We landed in Myrtle Beach at 11:05.

The tailgate party was a lot more low key than Frisco tailgates had been in the past, but it was fun. The weather forecast was 60% chance of thunderstorms and it rained overnight Friday into Saturday morning, but it stopped probably sometime around 9:00. After we left the hotel for the parking lot, it didn't rain the rest of the day and it was only in the high 60s. The weather was a lot better than I thought it would be when I left home Friday morning, I didn't have to wear my waterproof windbreaker all weekend.

So I dislike when the humidity level outside is more than 75% but I REALLY DISLIKE when the humidity level INSIDE the Courthouse is the same .

Maybe before I can afford to retire in a bazillion years the County will find a way to remedy the HVAC system in the building....yea....right

I have a dentist appointment tomorrow morning, I should have waited until after that was done to do laundry instead of doing it today. It's sunny and 82 degrees now but it's supposed to rain tomorrow.

I'm hooked up to the internet for now.I'm too tired to read for long.

Lots of thunder, lightening and rain finally arrived.

Well given this is a "Come Monday" thread, I was going to say that "Come Saturday" I'll be in a tropical paradise, partaking of French wines and cheeses.

I was then going to put a picture in just to make you jealous.

But the board has conspired to defeat me.

I can't add the image, something about board quota's being used up.

In any case, seeing as winter has just kicked in here, I AM GOING WHERE IT IS WARM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
