Another one to add to my collection, that's 6.

The email said I should expect delivery in 2-4 weeks. I'm going to tomorrow night's game, maybe I'll stop in the team store and see if I can pick it up in person. If not tomorrow, maybe at the end of the week when I get back from the Jones Beach show. It'll save them the trouble of shipping it to me and I'll get it sooner.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

I think that is very cool. I followed a minor league hockey team when I lived in Saginaw. It was great fun, especially when someone made it to the big time. I had a jersey for a while that I got in an auction.

When I first moved here, the Pelicans were in the Texas Rangers organization. Now they're with the Chicago Cubs. When they play doubleheaders, they wear a special jersey in one of the games that says "Let's Play Two" across the front as a tribute to Ernie Banks and there's a black patch on one sleeve with Ernie's initials in the middle. I hope they put those up for auction at the end of the season, I'd like to get one.
