It was just store bought Wegman's gazpacho, with diced up grilled pineapple slices, plus extra diced up cucumber, jalapeno, and red onion.nycfeat wrote:Yum! Recipe please?
Wegman's is absolutely delicious but it's pureed. I generally like a chunkier, brothier gazpacho.
