Hey, Bill. Half the basement is knotty pine. We used a very light waterproof deck stain on there and it turned out great. Same effort as painting though. Did the boards outside and then assembled them inside after.

No, not saying we never would but we will paint, and do the main floor bath, this fall, and then we are done with big projects for a while.

No, not saying we never would but we will paint, and do the main floor bath, this fall, and then we are done with big projects for a while.
